Start at the Paola Church, which is located at Triq San Publiju. Head west on Triq San Publiju towards Triq Il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the main road. Turn right onto Triq Il-Kbira and continue walking. After about 600 meters, you will reach the bus terminus at Paola. From there, take the bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, disembark at the last stop. From the bus stop, walk straight along the main street until you reach Independence Square, which is a short 5-minute walk.

From the center of Paola, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the Paola Church. Board bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The bus ride is approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminus, exit the bus and walk straight along the main street. After about 5 minutes, you will arrive at Independence Square.
