Continue straight until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, you can take bus number 81 towards Valletta. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Valletta terminus. Once you are at the terminus, walk towards the main entrance of Valletta. Proceed through the City Gate and walk along Republic Street. Continue straight until you reach Old Theatre Street, which will be to your left. Teatru Manoel will be located on Old Theatre Street.
