Walking
From the center of Paola, start at the Paola Parish Church. Head south on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Wied. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Barrieri. Walk along this road until you reach the traffic lights. Cross the road at the traffic lights to get to the other side. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance to the Valletta Waterfront. Follow the path along the waterfront towards Floriana. As you walk, keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Floriana. Once you arrive in Floriana, keep walking straight until you see the Joseph Scicluna Monument on your left, located at VGV4+G63 Publiju.

Public Transport
From Paola, walk to the local bus stop at Paola square. Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Floriana'. Once you get off the bus, head towards the entrance of the Valletta Waterfront. Continue on foot along the waterfront and follow the signs towards Floriana. The Joseph Scicluna Monument is located at VGV4+G63 Publiju, which you will see on your left as you walk straight ahead.
