    From the center of Paola, head northwest towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Labour. Follow this road as it curves slightly left and becomes Triq San Tumas. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus terminal. From the bus terminal, catch bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. After a short ride, get off at the stop ‘Republic Street’ in Valletta. Walk straight along Republic Street until you reach the entrance of Saint-John's Cathedral Museum, which will be on your right.

    From Paola, walk to the nearest bus stop at Triq il-Labour. Board either bus number 81 or 82, which will take you directly to Valletta. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
