To reach Republic Square in Valletta from Sliema, start by heading to the Sliema Ferries terminal, which is easily accessible from any part of Sliema. Look for the signs directing you towards the ferry service. Once there, purchase a ticket for the Valletta ferry. The ferry ride is short, taking approximately 10-15 minutes, and offers beautiful views of the harbor. When you arrive in Valletta, disembark the ferry and follow the signs towards the city center. You will be at the entrance to Valletta, and from there, head straight towards Republic Square, which is only a short walk uphill.

If you prefer to take the bus from Sliema to Valletta, find the nearest bus stop in Sliema. The main bus stop is located near the Sliema Ferries terminal. Look for bus number 13, 14, or 23, as these buses go directly to Valletta. Board the bus, and it will take you to the Valletta bus terminus. Once you arrive at the terminus, exit the bus and walk towards the main gates of Valletta. From there, follow the signs leading to Republic Square, which is just a short walk from the entrance.

Once you enter Valletta, navigate through the streets until you reach Republic Square, which is located in the heart of the city.
