Walking
Start at the Sliema Ferries terminal, which is a central point in Sliema. From the terminal, head east along the promenade (known as the Sliema seafront) towards St. Julian's. Continue walking along the sea, and you will pass several cafes and shops. Keep an eye on the coastline as you approach the end of the promenade. As you reach the end of the promenade, make a left turn onto 'Triq Sant' Elena.' Follow this road until you reach a set of steps leading up to 'Triq il-Kbira.' Ascend the steps, and you will find the Sliema Viewpoint located on your right, offering a fantastic view of Valletta across the harbor.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Sliema, you can take bus number 13 or 14 from the bus terminus near the Sliema Ferries terminal. Board the bus heading towards Valletta. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Valletta' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the waterfront and head towards the 'Upper Barracca Garden' area. From there, follow the signs to the Sliema Viewpoint, which is a short walk away and offers stunning views of the harbor.
