Bus

From St. Julian's, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq Sant' Andrija. Take bus number 41, 42, or 43 towards Valletta. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Valletta, City Gate stop. Upon exiting the bus, walk towards the entrance of the city through the City Gate.
Walking

After entering Valletta through the City Gate, continue straight along Triq Ir-Repubblika, which is the main street. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the street. You will see the Upper Barracca Gardens entrance on your left at the end of the street, right before the Fortifications. Follow the signs to the gardens for a beautiful view of the Grand Harbour.
