Walking
If you are starting from the central area of St. Julian's, head towards the coastline and walk along the promenade. Follow the promenade towards Sliema, passing by the beautiful Spinola Bay. Keep walking until you reach the end of the bay, and then continue walking straight. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will reach the point where the promenade ends. At this point, turn left onto Triq ix-Xatt (the main road) and continue walking. You will pass by various shops and cafes. After a short distance, keep an eye out for signs indicating Ta' Xbiex. When you approach Ta' Xbiex, look for VFXW+6M6 on your right side. Whitehall Mansions will be located at this address, just a short walk from the main road.

From the central area of St. Julian's, you can take a bus from the nearest bus stop. Look for bus routes that go towards Ta' Xbiex. Buses 13, 14, and 15 usually have stops in this area. Board the bus and enjoy a short ride that will take you closer to your destination. After a few stops, get off at the 'Ta' Xbiex' bus stop. From there, it is just a short walk. Head towards the coastline, and you will find VFXW+6M6, where Whitehall Mansions is located. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
