Walking
From the center of Tarxien, head north on Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the main roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Tumas. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout, and take the first exit onto Triq G. D'Armiento. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at the Valletta city gates. Once through the gates, walk along Republic Street towards the city center. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Old Theatre Street. Teatru Manoel will be on your left.

Public Transport
From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Kbira. Catch bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The journey will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the Valletta Bus Terminus. From the terminus, walk along Republic Street towards the city center for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Old Theatre Street, and Teatru Manoel will be on your left.
