Car
If you're driving from Three Cities, set your GPS to 9 Triq Bieb l-Imdina, Victoria. Start by taking Triq San Piju V towards Valletta Road (B2). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto the B2. Follow the road for about 15 minutes. As you approach Victoria, look for signs indicating the Citadel. Parking is usually available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions. There may be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach the Citadel Ruins by bus, start at the main bus stop in Three Cities. Take bus number 133 towards Victoria. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Victoria bus terminal, exit the bus and walk towards the Citadel, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. Follow Triq l-Imdina, a scenic road that leads directly to the entrance of the Citadel. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for the latest departure times.
Walking
If you're already in Victoria after taking a bus, you can walk to the Citadel Ruins. From the Victoria bus terminal, head northwest towards Triq il-Knisja. Turn left onto Triq Bieb l-Imdina. The Citadel is located at the end of this street. The walk is relatively straightforward but involves some uphill sections, so wear comfortable shoes.
