Car
If you are driving from anywhere in the Three Cities, take Triq Sant' Anna towards Valletta. Follow the signs for the Valletta Waterfront and then continue straight onto the main road. Once you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq it-Torri, which leads you towards the city gates. Park at a nearby parking facility, such as the Floriana Park & Ride. From there, it is a short walk to the Fortifications Interpretation Centre located at St Mark Street.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach the Fortifications Interpretation Centre using public transport, take bus number 133 or 134 from any bus stop in the Three Cities area towards Valletta. The bus will drop you off at the City Gate in Valletta. From there, walk along Republic Street and take a left onto St Mark Street. The Fortifications Interpretation Centre will be on your right. Be sure to check the bus schedule for departure times as services may vary.
Walking
If you are already in the Three Cities, you can walk to the Fortifications Interpretation Centre. Head towards the waterfront and take the ferry to Valletta. Once you arrive in Valletta, walk up the hill towards the City Gate. After passing through the gate, turn left onto Republic Street and then take a left onto St Mark Street. The Centre is located at the address VGX5+VM3, St Mark Street, Valletta. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk may be steep in parts.
