Car
If you're driving from the Three Cities, take the main road towards Valletta. Follow signs for the Bormla area. Once you reach Bormla, continue on Triq il-Lotofaga. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto Triq Ic Cimiterju. The Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum will be on your right. There is on-site parking available, but be aware that it can be limited during peak tourist seasons.
Public Transportation
From the Three Cities, head to the nearest bus stop, which is typically located near the waterfront. Board bus number 2 or number 3, both of which head towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Paola' bus stop. From there, walk towards Triq Ic Cimiterju, which is about a 15-minute walk straight ahead. The Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum will be located on this road. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as timings may vary.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from anywhere in the Three Cities to Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum. Simply ask the driver to take you to Triq Ic Cimiterju in Paola. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Costs may vary, but expect to pay around €10-€15 for the trip.
Walking
If you enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route from the Three Cities to Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum. Start from Bormla and walk towards Valletta, then make your way to Paola.
