From the Three Cities (Birgu, Senglea, Cospicua), head north on Triq Sant' Anna towards the main road. Merge onto the main road (Triq Il-Kbira) and follow the signs for Valletta. After about 3 km, take the exit for the Birkirkara/Mosta direction. Continue on the Birkirkara bypass for about 5 km, then follow signs for Mosta.
