Car
From the Three Cities (Birgu, Senglea, Cospicua), head north on Triq Sant' Anna towards the main road. Merge onto the main road (Triq Il-Kbira) and follow the signs for Valletta. After about 3 km, take the exit for the Birkirkara/Mosta direction. Continue on the Birkirkara bypass for about 5 km, then follow signs for Mosta. You will arrive at Rotunda Square, where the Mosta Rotunda is located. Parking can be found near the square but may incur costs depending on the time of day.

From any location in the Three Cities, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus 81, 82, or 84 heading towards Valletta. At Valletta, transfer to Bus 41 or 42 towards Mosta.
