If you are driving from the Three Cities (Vittoriosa, Senglea, Cospicua), head towards the main road leading to Valletta. Follow signs for Rabat. After entering Rabat, look for signs to Hal-Bajjada. The St Paul’s Catacombs is well signposted. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach St Paul’s Catacombs using public transport, take bus number 81 or 82 from the Three Cities. The bus will take you directly to Rabat. Once you arrive at the Rabat bus station, follow the signs towards the catacombs, which are a short 10-minute walk away. Look for Triq San Pawl, which leads directly to the entrance of the catacombs. The bus fare is around €2 per trip.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Three Cities, you can take a scenic route. Start from Vittoriosa and walk towards the waterfront, then continue along the promenade until you reach the main road leading to Rabat. The walk is about 4 kilometers and should take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you reach Rabat, navigate to Hal-Bajjada where St Paul’s Catacombs is located.
