Car
If you are driving from the Three Cities, head towards the entrance of the Cospicua (Bormla) area. From there, take the road towards Valletta, following signs for the Valletta Waterfront. Once you reach Valletta, look for parking options. There is a public car park at the Valletta waterfront which is a short walk away from Upper Barrakka. After parking, walk towards the main entrance of Valletta, and follow Triq Sant' Orsla, where Upper Barrakka is located at number 292.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Three Cities, catch a bus heading towards Valletta. Routes 1, 2, or 3 operate regularly from Cospicua or Senglea. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit and walk towards the city center. Head to Triq Sant' Orsla, where you will find Upper Barrakka at number 292. Be sure to check the bus schedules, as they may vary, and confirm your return route as well.
Ferry
You can take a ferry from the Three Cities (specifically from Cospicua or Birgu) to Valletta. The ferry ride offers scenic views of the harbor and takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta ferry terminal, exit and head towards the city center. Follow the signs to Triq Sant' Orsla, where Upper Barrakka is located at number 292.
