If you are driving from the Three Cities, head towards the entrance of the Cospicua (Bormla) area. From there, take the road towards Valletta, following signs for the Valletta Waterfront. Once you reach Valletta, look for parking options. There is a public car park at the Valletta waterfront which is a short walk away from Upper Barrakka. After parking, walk towards the main entrance of Valletta, and follow Triq Sant' Orsla, where Upper Barrakka is located at number 292.

From the Three Cities, catch a bus heading towards Valletta. Routes 1, 2, or 3 operate regularly from Cospicua or Senglea. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes.
