If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the lift that takes you down to the Grand Harbour area. After reaching the lower level, turn left onto Triq Sant' Anna. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Lvant. Turn right onto Triq il-Lvant and continue until you reach the end of the street. You will see a large archway leading into Old Hospital Street. Enter and walk straight; Reliving the Sacra Infermeria will be on your right.

If you are near the City Gate, head south towards Republic Street. Walk along Republic Street until you reach the intersection with Old Theatre Street. Turn left onto Old Theatre Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the junction, take a right onto Old Hospital Street. Continue walking, and you will find Reliving the Sacra Infermeria on your left.
