If you are near the Upper Barracca Gardens in Valletta, exit the gardens and head towards the main road, which is Triq Sant' Ursula. Turn left onto Triq Sant' Ursula and continue straight until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn right onto Triq Il-Lanca. Continue walking straight, and you will see the entrance to St. Augustine Church on your left at Old Bakery Street.

Starting from the Valletta Waterfront (the cruise terminal area), walk up towards the main city. Head up the steps to Triq Il-Lanca. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Old Bakery Street. St. Augustine Church will be on your right.
