If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, walk down the steps towards the city center. Once you reach Merchant Street, turn left and continue straight until you reach Republic Street. Turn right onto Republic Street and walk towards the National Library of Malta. As you pass the library, continue straight until you see a small square on your left.
