Walking
From Xewkija, head towards the main road (Triq il-Knisja) and walk south towards the town of Ghajnsielem. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Fortizza, which will lead you closer to Mgarr Harbour. Follow the signs for the ferry terminal. Once at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Gozo. After arriving at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, exit the terminal and follow the signs for the Gozo Coastal Walk, which is located nearby.
Ferry
After reaching Mgarr Harbour via the walking route from Xewkija, board the ferry to Gozo. The ferry ride takes approximately 25 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea during your journey. Once you arrive at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, you will disembark and be just a short distance from the beginning of the Gozo Coastal Walk. Follow the signs directing you to the walking trail.
