Getting There

  • Walking

    From the centre of Zejtun, head towards Triq il-Knisja (Church Street) and walk east until you reach Triq il-Lewza. Turn left onto Triq il-Lewza and continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq Sant' Anna. Turn right onto Triq Sant' Anna and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Tumas and continue walking. After approximately 1 km, you will reach the coastal area. As you approach the waterfront, keep an eye out for signs leading to the salt pans. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the salt pans located at 386 Triq Is-Salini, Wied il-Għajn.

  • Public Transport

    From Zejtun, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Knisja (Church Street). Take bus number 81 towards Marsaskala. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Wied il-Għajn' stop. From there, walk towards the coast along Triq Is-Salini. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you'll arrive at the salt pans located at 386 Triq Is-Salini, Wied il-Għajn.
