From the center of the Appalachian Plateau, take Route 68 (National Pike) west towards Flintstone. After about 30 miles, turn left onto Headquarters Drive. Follow Headquarters Drive for approximately 2 miles, and you will see the entrance to the forest on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there is no entry fee.
