    From the heart of Federal Hill, head towards the Inner Harbor by walking northwest on E. Fort Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Key Highway. Turn left onto Key Highway. The American Visionary Art Museum will be on your right at 800 Key Hwy, approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of Federal Hill.

    If you prefer to take public transportation, walk to the nearest Light RailLink station, which is the 'Federal Hill' station located on E. Fort Avenue. Board the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the 'Camden Yards' station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk: head south on S.
