Turn left onto E Lombard Street, and walk straight until you reach the intersection with N Charles Street. Turn right onto N Charles Street and continue walking for about half a mile. You'll see the Washington Monument at 699 Washington Pl on your left, situated in the Mount Vernon neighborhood.

    Walk to the nearest Light RailLink station, which is the 'Baltimore Arena' station located just a short distance from the Inner Harbor. Board the Light RailLink toward Hunt Valley. Get off at the 'Lexington Market' stop. From there, walk north on N Paca Street, then turn left onto E Lexington Street, and finally turn right onto N Charles Street. The Washington Monument will be on your left at 699 Washington Pl. Note that the Light RailLink fare is $1.80 for a one-way trip.
