    From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head southwest on MD-16 W (Blackwater Rd) towards MD-335 S. Continue on MD-335 S for approximately 19 miles until you reach the town of Scotland. Turn right onto Point Lookout Rd (MD-5 S). Follow Point Lookout Rd for about 5 miles, and you will arrive at Point Lookout State Park located at 11175 Point Lookout Rd, Scotland, MD 20687. Be mindful that there is a parking fee of $3 per vehicle for day use.
