    From the main entrance of Catoctin Mountain Park, head south on MD-77 toward Thurmont. Continue on MD-77 for about 3 miles. Turn left onto Catoctin Furnace Road. Catoctin Furnace will be about 1 mile down the road on your right at 12698 Catoctin Furnace Rd, Thurmont, MD 21788. There is ample parking available.
