Getting There

    If you are traveling by car within Elk Neck State Park, start at the Elk Neck State Park Visitor Center. From the Visitor Center, follow the signs for Turkey Point Lighthouse. Drive along Turkey Point Road for approximately 3.5 miles. You will reach a parking area at the end of Turkey Point Road. This parking area is the trailhead for the Turkey Point Lighthouse Trail. From there, park your vehicle and prepare for a hike.

    Once you park at the trailhead, you will begin the hike to the lighthouse. The trail is about 1.5 miles long and is moderately easy to navigate. Follow the marked trail signs leading to Turkey Point Lighthouse.
