From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park and head southwest on Elk Neck Rd towards MD-272. Turn right onto MD-272 S and continue for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with US-40. Take a left onto US-40 E and continue for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit for MD-155 toward Havre De Grace. Merge onto MD-155 and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto S Washington St, and you will see Millard Tydings Memorial Park on your left at 908 S Washington St, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.
