Once you arrive at the stop closest to Howard University, walk northwest on 6th St NW for about 10 minutes until you reach the university's main entrance at 2400 6th St NW.

    From the Laurel Town Center, take the Metrobus Route 17 towards Greenbelt. Get off at the Greenbelt Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Green Line Metro towards Branch Avenue. Ride for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the Shaw-Howard University Station. Exit the station and walk northwest on 7th St NW for about 10 minutes, then turn left on 6th St NW. Howard University will be on your right at 2400 6th St NW.
