From Laurel, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Metrobus Route B30 towards Greenbelt Metro Station. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the 'Greenbelt Metro' station. Transfer to the Green Line train towards Branch Ave and travel for about 25 minutes, getting off at 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station. Finally, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington and get off at 'Gallery Place-Chinatown'. Walk northeast on 7th St NW towards Pennsylvania Ave NW, then turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave NW. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the General Andrew Jackson Statue located at Washington, DC 20005.
Metro
From Laurel, make your way to the nearest Metro station, which is the Greenbelt Metro Station. Take the Green Line towards Greenbelt and travel to 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' Metro Station. Once there, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Get off at 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station. Exit the station and walk northeast on 7th St NW towards Pennsylvania Ave NW, turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave NW, and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the General Andrew Jackson Statue at Washington, DC 20005.

If you are already in downtown Laurel, start at the Laurel Town Center. Walk towards the Laurel MARC Train Station. From there, take the MARC train towards Washington, D.C. (Penn Line). Once you arrive at Washington Union Station, transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont, and get off at 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station.
