Head south towards the water, following the signs for the memorial. It is approximately a 10-15 minute walk along the scenic paths of the park. Look for directional signs that will guide you to the memorial. The distance is about 0.5 miles.

If you prefer to drive, exit Sandy Point State Park through the main entrance. Turn right onto Governor Ritchie Highway (MD-2) and head south for about 1 mile. The memorial will be on your left at 1920 Governor Ritchie Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21409. There is no additional cost for parking at the memorial as it is located within the park. However, ensure you have paid for your entry to Sandy Point State Park, which is $3 per vehicle for Maryland residents and $5 for non-residents.

For those relying on public transportation, take a bus to the nearest stop along the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) routes that service Annapolis.
