From any location in Silver Spring, head to the Silver Spring Metro Station, located at 8100 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Board the Red Line train heading towards Glenmont. You will travel for 2 stops (approximately 7 minutes) until you reach the Wheaton Metro Station.
Walking
Once you arrive at Wheaton Metro Station, exit the station and head northwest on Georgia Ave towards Veirs Mill Rd. Walk for about 0.3 miles (approximately 6-8 minutes). At the intersection with Shorefield Rd, turn left. Continue walking on Shorefield Rd for about 0.5 miles (approximately 10-12 minutes), and you will reach Wheaton Regional Park at 2000 Shorefield Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20902.

Alternatively, from the Wheaton Metro Station, you can take the Ride On Bus Route 22. Board the bus heading towards the Glenmont Metro Station. Get off at the next stop (approximately 3 minutes), which is right outside the entrance to Wheaton Regional Park.
