You can catch the Light RailLink at the Towson Town Center stop, which is located at 825 Dulaney Valley Rd, Towson, MD 21204. Take the Light Rail towards BWI Airport. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, walk south on Howard St for about 0.4 miles until you reach the Inner Harbor. Turn left onto E Pratt St, and then right onto Light St. City Cruises Baltimore will be on your left at 561 Light St.

From Towson, you can take the Light RailLink at the Towson Town Center stop. Board the train towards BWI Airport. Stay on the train for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Baltimore Arena stop. Once you disembark, head south on Howard St for about 0.4 miles to the Inner Harbor. After reaching E Pratt St, turn left and walk until you reach Light St. Turn right onto Light St, and you will find City Cruises Baltimore at 561 Light St.
