Once on Route 6, take exit 11 for MA-6A toward Wellfleet. Continue on MA-6A for about 5 miles until you reach Chequessett Neck Road. Turn left onto Chequessett Neck Road. After approximately 1 mile, you will find the Great Island Trail parking area on your left, just before the address 1440 Chequessett Neck Rd.
