    If you're starting from Barnstable Village, walk to the Barnstable Municipal Airport Bus Stop. From there, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus towards Orleans. Stay on the bus until you reach the Eastham Town Hall stop. From the Town Hall, it's approximately a 1-mile walk to the Three Sisters Lighthouses. Head north on Route 6 towards Cable Road, then turn left onto Cable Road. Follow Cable Road until you see the lighthouses on your right.

    From Barnstable, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop. Start your ride by heading east on Route 6. Follow the bike path which runs parallel to the road. Continue on the bike path until you reach Eastham. Once in Eastham, find Cable Road and take a right. The Three Sisters Lighthouses will be on your left. The total distance is about 12 miles and should take approximately 1 hour, depending on your speed.
