From Barnstable, head to the Barnstable Transportation Center located at 2150 Iyannough Rd. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) Bus 1 towards Hyannis. Get off at the Hyannis Transportation Center. From there, transfer to Bus 7 towards Truro. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the 'Truro Central' stop. From Truro Central, walk 0.5 miles northeast on Shore Rd, and you will arrive at Truro Vineyards, located at 11 Shore Rd.
