    If you are already in Charlestown, the easiest way to reach City Square Park is by walking. Start from the Charlestown Navy Yard and head towards the main road, Chelsea Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles (10-15 minutes walk) until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will see City Square Park on your right, located at Freedom Trail.

  • Public Transit - Bus

    For those further away in Charlestown, you can take the MBTA bus. Look for Bus Route 93 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus heading towards Haymarket. After about 10 minutes and 6 stops, get off at the City Square stop. From there, City Square Park is just a short walk across the street. Be sure to check the MBTA app for real-time schedules. A one-way fare is $1.70.
