Getting There

    If you are starting from the Boston Common, head northeast on Tremont St toward Park St. Continue straight onto Park St until you reach the intersection with Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St and walk until you reach the intersection with State St. Turn left onto State St, and the Boston Massacre Site will be on your right at the corner of State and Congress St.

  • Public Transit - Subway

    From the Downtown Crossing station, take the Orange Line train inbound towards North Station. Get off at Haymarket station. Exit the station and walk southeast on Blackstone St toward Congress St. Continue onto Congress St, and you will soon reach the Boston Massacre Site at the corner of State and Congress St. Note that the subway fare is approximately $2.40.

    If you're near the Government Center, you can catch the #43 or #47 bus from the Government Center bus stop.
