Car
If you're driving from Hyannis, take Route 28 East towards Yarmouth. Follow Route 28 until you reach the ferry terminal in Hyannis. Take the ferry to Nantucket. Once you arrive at the Nantucket ferry terminal, turn left onto Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Cliff Road. Turn left onto Cliff Road and continue for about a mile. Founder's Cemetery will be on your right at 202 Cliff Rd.
Public Transportation
From your location in Cape Cod, take a bus to the Hyannis Transportation Center. From there, board a shuttle or bus to the Hyannis ferry terminal. Once you arrive at Nantucket via the ferry, exit the terminal and head left onto Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street, then left onto Cliff Road. Founder's Cemetery is about a mile down Cliff Road, located on your right at 202 Cliff Rd.
