From downtown Gloucester, head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and continue straight until you reach the Gloucester Harbor. Once at the harbor, follow the waterfront path south until you reach the end of the harbor. From there, you can catch the MBTA Commuter Rail at the Gloucester station, which will take you towards Scituate. Disembark at the Scituate station. From the Scituate station, head south on Front Street until you reach the intersection with Lighthouse Road. Turn right onto Lighthouse Road, and you will find the Scituate Lighthouse at 100 Lighthouse Rd.

Begin your journey at the Gloucester MBTA station located at 1 Railway Ave. Board the MBTA Commuter Rail towards South Station. After approximately 25 minutes, disembark at the Cohasset station. From Cohasset, you can take the 220 bus towards Scituate. Get off at the Scituate Lighthouse bus stop, which is a short walk from the lighthouse itself. Once you get off the bus, walk along Lighthouse Road, and you will see the Scituate Lighthouse at 100 Lighthouse Rd.
