From any location in South Shore, navigate to Route 3. If you're coming from the north, take exit 12 and merge onto Route 139 East towards Marshfield. If coming from the south, take exit 12 and merge onto Route 139 West. Continue on Route 139 until you reach Main Street (Route 3A). Turn left onto Main Street (Route 3A) and drive for approximately 2 miles. The North River Wildlife Sanctuary will be on your right at 2000 Main St, Marshfield, MA 02050. There is ample parking available on-site.

To reach Mass Audubon's North River Wildlife Sanctuary via public transportation, take the MBTA Commuter Rail from Boston to the Greenbush Line. Get off at the Greenbush Station. From there, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service (e.g., Uber or Lyft) to cover the remaining distance of approximately 5 miles to the sanctuary.
