Walking
From the Gloucester Harbor, head south towards Rogers Street. Walk along Rogers Street until you reach Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and continue straight until you reach the bus stop. Take the MBTA bus #450 towards Boston. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Boston, get off at the Park Street Station. From there, head towards Beacon Hill by walking east along Park Street. Continue straight onto Beacon Street, and then turn left onto Charles Street. You will soon be in the Beacon Hill area.
Bus
Start at the Gloucester Center Bus Station located at 1 Main Street. Board the MBTA bus #450 heading towards Boston. Remain on the bus for about 45 minutes, and disembark at Park Street Station in Boston. From Park Street, take a brief walk towards Beacon Hill. Head east along Park Street, then turn left onto Beacon Street. After a few minutes of walking, turn left onto Charles Street and you will arrive in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.
Train
Make your way to the Gloucester Train Station located at 4 Railroad Avenue. Board the commuter rail train heading towards North Station in Boston. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at North Station, transfer to the Green Line subway and take the train towards Government Center. Get off at Park Street Station. From there, walk towards Beacon Hill by heading east along Park Street, then turning left onto Beacon Street and continuing straight until you reach Charles Street.
