    Walking

    Start at the Lowell City Hall, located at 375 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA. Head south on Merrimack Street towards Central Street. Turn left onto Central Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Dutton Street. Continue straight to stay on Market Street. After a few blocks, Market Street will become Broadway Street. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Canal Street. Turn left onto Canal Street, and then right onto Pawtucket Boulevard. Follow this road until you reach the bus stop for the 'Lowell to Cambridge' line. Board the bus and ride it until you reach the stop at Massachusetts Avenue. From there, walk a short distance east on Massachusetts Avenue until you arrive at the MIT Chapel located at 48 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139.

    Public Transit (Bus)

    From the Lowell Connector bus terminal, board the MBTA bus route 350 towards Alewife Station. The bus will take you to Alewife, where you will transfer to the Red Line subway. Take the Red Line towards Ashmont and get off at Kendall/MIT Station. Exit the station and walk east on Main Street. When you reach the intersection with Massachusetts Avenue, turn left. Walk along Massachusetts Avenue for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the MIT Chapel at 48 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139.
