The bus service typically runs every 30 minutes, so check the schedule for exact times. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Edgartown Park and Ride' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Caroline Tuthill Preserve.

If you're in Edgartown, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Once you have your bike, head southwest on Main Street, then take a left onto Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road. Ride for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Caroline Tuthill Preserve, which will be on your left. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
