To get to Vineyard House using public transportation, board the Martha's Vineyard Transit Authority bus (Route 1) from the Vineyard Haven bus terminal. This bus will take you toward Oak Bluffs. Request to get off at the State Road and Short Hill Road stop. From there, walk about 0.2 miles north on Short Hill Road, and Vineyard House will be on your left at 56 Short Hill Rd.
