Take the Green Line train towards the Government Center and transfer at Park Street Station to the Red Line train heading towards Alewife. Get off at Alewife Station. From Alewife, take the 62 or 76 bus towards Concord and get off at the Concord Museum stop at 53 Cambridge Tpke.
