Continue on Massachusetts 28 S, which becomes Columbia Road. Follow Columbia Road and turn left onto Franklin Park Road. The Franklin Park Zoo will be on your right at 1 Franklin Park Rd, Boston, MA 02121. There is parking available at the zoo.

Once at South Station, transfer to the Red Line subway (Alewife direction) and travel to Andrew Station. At Andrew Station, transfer to the bus #8 (towards Grove Hall) or bus #47 (towards Ruggles Station) and get off at the Franklin Park Zoo stop. The zoo is located at 1 Franklin Park Rd, Boston, MA 02121, just a short walk from the bus stop.
