From any point in Mohawk Trail State Forest, head towards the main road, Mohawk Trail (Route 2). If you are in the western part of the park, follow the signs towards Route 2. Turn onto Thunder Mountain Road, and continue for about 1 mile. The park entrance will be on your left at 66 Thunder Mountain Rd, Charlemont, MA 01339.
