Car
From any point in Mohawk Trail State Forest, head towards the main road, Mohawk Trail (Route 2). If you are in the western part of the park, follow the signs towards Route 2. Once you reach Route 2, head east or west, depending on your location within the park, until you reach Charlemont. Look for the signs indicating Thunder Mountain Bike Park. Turn onto Thunder Mountain Road, and continue for about 1 mile. The park entrance will be on your left at 66 Thunder Mountain Rd, Charlemont, MA 01339.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from nearby towns to Greenfield, MA. From Greenfield, you can catch a regional bus towards Charlemont. Make sure to check the schedule in advance as services may be limited.
