Getting There

• Bicycle

  If you're in downtown Nantucket, start by heading east on Broad Street towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Orange Street. Take a right onto Orange Street, which will become Madaket Road as you leave the downtown area. Follow Madaket Road for about 3 miles. Look for Wauwinet Road on your right; turn onto Wauwinet Road, and The Wauwinet will be on your left at 120 Wauwinet Rd.

  From the Nantucket Town Shuttle Stop at the Town Pier, board the NRTA (Nantucket Regional Transit Authority) Wave bus heading towards 'Wauwinet'.   If you are staying in or around the town center, you can walk to The Wauwinet. Head east on Broad Street, then turn left onto Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Orange Street, then take a right onto Orange Street. This street will lead you out of the town and onto Madaket Road. Continue walking along Madaket Road until you reach Wauwinet Road; turn right, and The Wauwinet will be on your left at 120 Wauwinet Rd.

They will take you directly to the hotel, which is approximately a 20-minute ride from downtown Nantucket.
