Car
From central locations in North Shore (such as Salem or Gloucester), take Route 128 North to Route 127. Follow Route 127 until you reach Rockport. As you enter the town, continue on Route 127 until you reach a fork; take the left fork to stay on Route 127. Drive for about 1.5 miles until you see Bayview Avenue on your right. Turn onto Bayview Avenue, and you will find Ocean View Point at the end of the street. Parking is available nearby, but check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation
Take the MBTA commuter rail from Boston to Rockport Station. Once you arrive at Rockport Station, exit the station and catch the Rockport Shuttle (seasonal) or a local taxi to get to Ocean View Point. The shuttle runs during the summer months and may require a small fare, approximately $2-3. If the shuttle is not in service, expect to pay about $10-15 for a taxi ride to Bayview Avenue.
