Walking
From the center of Provincetown, head east on Commercial Street towards the intersection with Bradford Street. Turn left onto Bradford Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 6. Follow the signs for Route 6 North to Eastham. Once you reach Eastham, take the exit for Cable Road. After exiting, turn right onto Cable Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the Three Sisters Lighthouses, which will be on your left.
Biking
If you're renting a bike in Provincetown, start on Commercial Street heading east. Turn left on Bradford Street and follow it until it intersects with Route 6. Turn left onto Route 6 North towards Eastham. After a few miles, take the exit for Cable Road. Once off the exit, turn right onto Cable Road and continue biking straight for about half a mile. The Three Sisters Lighthouses will be on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the center of Provincetown, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus service (the 'Flex' bus). Board the bus that is heading towards Wellfleet/Eastham. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Cable Road stop. Once you disembark, walk down Cable Road for a short distance and you will find the Three Sisters Lighthouses on your left.
